Salon Echo proudly established itself as the first sustainably built salon/spa in Chicago's historic Edgewater neighborhood in 2005. Salon Echo offers the highest quality salon and spa services using botanic and organic products. Our mission is to care for our community in a way that is beneficial to the earth. At Salon Echo our products, services and our facility itself will help people look, feel and be better in fundamental and meaningful ways. We strive to accomplish these goals in ways that are both exceptional and harmonious with our environment. We will innovate and lead our community so that our children might inherit a better world.

The concept sustaining Salon Echo is the result of 30 years of experience in beauty and wellness by its artistic director, Maria Sigman. During this time she became aware of a great need in the marketplace; Working in a healthy environment using products that won't harm our environment, a need that was not being met as a general rule. Attempting to fulfill this need goes beyond the concept of providing good service and is the cornerstone of Salon Echo. Our concept, like all great truths is simple: Everyone is valuable to our team. We believe adherence to this one principle will guarantee Salon Echo's long range success. We are able to apply this principle in all our dealings with clients, and amongst ourselves.
