About us
Hello! My name is Erin and I am a licensed Massage Therapist. During my childhood years I competed nationally in the sport gymnastics which gave me a unique understanding of the muscular structure. Since graduating with a degree in Massage Therapy in 2005 I have explored all aspects of hands on therapy. My specialties include but are not limited to injury rehabilitation, sports therapy and pre-natal massage.
My name is Lynora, I'm a Certified Massage Therapist and have been working in the field for nearly 6 years now. Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, I completed my initial education at Concorde Careeer College in 2006 and continued on in my studies to be a Holistic Health Practitioner at Mueller College in 2011. My main goal is to focus on incorporating different tactics that support the wellness of the "whole" person-- Hence the name Holistic. I do specialize in Deep Tissue/ Trigger Point Therapy, Thai and Sports Restoration massage and a deeper rooted love in working specifically with the female population.
