I've really tried to give this place a chance. Half of the time I go there, I'm seated either instantly or within 5 minutes. The people who have done my nails, like Amy, have been amazing. They are funny, knowledgeable, and friendly. The other half of the time, it's over an hour wait. I've had them skip over my name several times, I've left my number for them to call me back because the line was so long and they NEVER called me back. Today, I signed in at 1:50 and was told to leave my number for them to call me back due to an hour long wait. I went back at 3:00 and not only did NO ONE acknowledge me waiting at the front desk, but the sheet that I had signed in on had disappeared. It's currently 4:20 and I still haven't had anyone call me back. Even though this is the closest salon to my house, I think it'll be worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Hi, I have my birthday this month (January) and I bought Groupon for $28 mani-pedi with hot oil massage. Can I also get 20% off additional for my birthday. I always come to ispa for my nails. Thank you!

  Airbrush gel is the new technic from iSpa in applying gel polish, which results in a much smoother surface than using traditional polish application.

Usually places lose their ability to provide great service after their initial opening; however iSpa continues to have great customer service. I've never been disappointed. This is usually a sign of treating their employees well and therefore the customer is treated well. Keep up the great work.

The Mother's Day special for a Manicure and pedicure is priced at $45 but valued at $70. A manicure is normally priced at $18 and a pedicure is $33. That's only a $6 discount. Where is the $70 value coming from?

  We are sorry for the misunderstanding in deal title. The Mother's Day deal you mentioned was one of our customized deals which included reflexology and shoulder massage with free smoothies. However, we only wrote "Manicure and Pedicure... "due to limited space. Also, we found the total original price to be $66, not $70 as listed. It's our mistake and we apologize for the incorrect information in deal title and details. We have corrected the deal title and also changed the original list price to $66.
